I also get better results if I increase the top and bottom margins. Should I just use another Photo suite?? It seems like its almost cheaper to buy another inexpensive printer, rather than even replacing the ink cartridges in the one you own. If the gunk is not being cleared then could it be that the other end of the tube is disconnected?

The correct method is to use the syringe to add the fluid into the nozzle and then leave the fluids set inside the nozzle for a day or two, to try and dissolve a possible bad clog.

After all that they sent me a new well probally new refurb cx I’m sorry, but I cn’t help you with that edge to edge printing problem, because thats normally a software related problem, such as a setting in that software and I don’t actually work on the computer related problems.

Also I think I am running out of yellow but the status monitor does not report this. Its also a good chance, on your “CX”, that its not actually the Printheads that are actually causing your problem.
